    Grant,

    While this is very useful information, if I wish to truly impress my kids around the supper table tonight I need to know when the next “uniform” date will occur. Mathematically challenged I am unable to figure it out with certainty - will it be 2-2-22, 3-3-33, etc.,? Inquiring minds need to know!

      How about Nov. 1, 2011, when, if you write it American style, it will also be 11-1-11? And then, ten days later, you’ll get Nov. 11, 2011 (or 11-11-11). And just nine days later will be 20-11-2011 (try bringing that up at 8:11 p.m.).

    @Fat Arse
    The answer is “orange.”

    Sincerely,

      @ Colin,

      Thanks for stepping up with “the answer”… unfortunately it is still not black & white enough for me as my profound colour blindness (yet again) prevents me from discerning its colour-coded import ;)
